Lynn Minmay
A young girl who works at the Chinese Restaurant "Nyan-Nyan" on board the SDF-1 Macross, Minmay sets her sights on debuting as a singer after winning the inaugural Miss Macross Contest. Her songs stir the emotions of the Zentradi, a race of alien giants with no knowledge of culture, and shape what would become humanity's future.
Basara Nekki
Vocalist and lead guitarist of the rock band "Fire Bomber," Basara is passionate about motivating others to listen to his song.
Mylene Jenius
Vocalist and bass guitarist of the rock band "Fire Bomber," Mylene is the youngest daughter of the Macross 7 fleet's captain, Maximilian Jenius, and City 7's mayor, Milia Farina Jenius.
Sheryl Nome
A chart-topping artist, Sheryl's latest releases rank consistently high on the Galaxy Network music charts. While on tour stop at the Macross Frontier fleet, she finds herself caught up in an attack by the alien Vajra.
Ranka Lee
A high school student working part-time at the Chinese Restaurant "Nyan-Nyan," Ranka's road to stardom begins after meeting Alto and Sheryl. Her big brother, Ozma Lee, is the commander of S.M.S's Skull Platoon.
Freyja Wion
A wide-eyed country girl, Freyja left her home planet on the outskirts of the galaxy in pursuit of her dreams to join the Tactical Sound Unit Walküre. She likes singing and her hometown's famous apples, but is not a fan of galactic mackerel. She tends to say "Gori-Gori" a lot.
Mikumo Guynemer
The lead vocalist of the Tactical Sound Unit Walküre, both Mikumo's background and private life are completely shrouded in mystery. Her singing voice, which has a calming effect against the Vár Syndrome, is Xaos' ace in the hole.
Kaname Buccaneer
The leader of the Tactical Sound Unit Walküre, Kaname is the responsible big-sister type who excels at management and handles everything from staging operations to debriefings. She made her debut as a solo idol singer prior to joining the group.
Makina Nakajima
The spirited, bubbly member and mechanic of the Tactical Sound Unit Walküre, Makina absolutely adores mecha, going so far as to name her favorite ones. She has an inseparable bond with roommate and Walküre member Reina.
Reina Prowler
A member of the Tactical Sound Unit Walküre, Reina may not be much for conversation, seldom showing her emotions, but is a master hacker and manipulator of electronic systems. Fellow Walküre member Makina is her bosom buddy.
